Trish Barry (nee Pearson), Director of Mastermind Consulting has over twelve years marketing and business experience in a high profile organisations across the liquor, financial services, media and consulting industries including; Anderson Consulting, BT Funds Management, Macquarie Bank, the White Agency, Telstra BigPond, Southcorp Wines and Foster’s Australia.

It was the desire to help other businesses grow and continue to build a differentiated marketing presence that led Trish to establish Mastermind Consulting in early 2008.

Having worked across multiple industries in a consulting and senior management capacity, Trish demystifies complex problems and helps build a relationship between brands and consumers in a way that goes beyond just selling a product or service. Her depth of experience across business disciplines ensures Trish works collaboratively across an organisation, engaging all stakeholders to buy into a common vision.

Trish’s strategic disciplines, balanced with her commercial acumen, guarantees results are profitable and measurable. She is a skilled communicator (who loves a chat) and understands the role of building powerful brands to attract and retain consumers through a range of mediums ranging from developing marketing strategies, online communications campaigns, in store promotions, advertising, direct marketing and new product development.

Trish is a high achiever with tenacity for the pursuit of excellence. She has a Bachelor of Business (First Class Hons) from University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Certificate of Wine Marketing from the University of South Australia. Trish is an active Committee Member of Wine Communicators of Australia (formerly Wine Press Club of NSW) and an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI). She is the Project Director of the WCA Young Guns and Gurus Program which she co-founded in 2007.
